Davidson's Plum (Davidsonia pruriens) is a medium sized tree that grows in the sub tropical rainforests of North Queensland was eaten by the local indigenous people of the area who call this bushfood the Ooray Plum.

Our freeze dried Davidson's Plum powder gives a delicious intense tang and adds vibrant colour to any dish. Freeze drying the plum locks in all the antioxidants and nutrients without affecting the stunning colour and flavour.

This powder is very rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, especially anthocyanins and flavonoids. This amazing native bushfood also has demonstrated anti-proliferative activity against a range of human cancers.
